Bravida Finland Oy

M&A - Development Manager

At Bravida, I am responsible for developing and executing integration projects. I act as project manager during both the due diligence phase and the integration process, with experience from more than 20 company integrations. My role includes change management, training, and providing support to acquired companies, as well as hands-on involvement in aligning processes and systems.

I specialize in process improvement, particularly in the continuous development of the Order-to-Invoice process. Additionally, I oversee Bravida Finland’s Unit4 ERP system and have led/participated in key role major IT initiatives, such as outsourcing payroll and migrating payroll systems, as well as implementing a new procurement solution at the end of 2023.

My work combines strategic planning with practical execution to ensure successful integrations and system transformations within tight schedules and budgets.

Elenia Oy

Development Manager

As Development Manager at Elenia, I was responsible for ERP-related projects focused on Microsoft AX. My role included overseeing system development and maintenance, as well as scoping new ERP functionalities to support business needs. I worked closely with IT and Finance departments to ensure seamless integration of processes and systems, driving efficiency and supporting organizational growth.

Bravida Finland Oy

ERP Specialist

In this role, I played a key part in integrating Bravida’s newly acquired companies, including Sähköpeko Oy and Halmesvaara Oy, into a unified structure. I managed the migration of more than 13 companies into one entity, leading the localization and implementation of Agresso Unit4 ERP, as well as conducting training sessions for end-users.

My responsibilities also included payroll system migrations and setup under extremely tight schedules. After the initial integration phase, I continued to provide support, training, and system development, before transitioning to broader M&A projects, such as the integration of the Asentaja Group. This position required strong project management skills, deep ERP expertise, and the ability to deliver complex system changes on time.

Sähköpeko Group

ERP Specialist

At Sähköpeko Group, a company with approximately 300 employees and €67 million in revenue, I was responsible for the development, maintenance, and user training of the Visma L7 ERP system. In addition to day-to-day ERP management, I played a key role in supporting the company’s M&A activities by setting up ERP environments for newly acquired businesses, ensuring smooth integration, and providing training and development to align processes across the group.
